why is there such a difference between earnings and in app credit ? And why are BTT deducted even though I have disabled the option ? It is very frustrating. I've been seeding for 2 weeks to earn ~1000 BTT and every now and then 100-200 BTT are suddenly gone. Image

How to solve the problem with pending transactions or not reflected BTT balance changes: - Backup your wallet - Log in to the wallet - Click on Recovery Information - Provide your password - Click on Reveal - Save the Recovery Phrase and the Private Key in a safe place - Never share this information with strangers - Take a screenshot of Speed Dashboard and Transaction History - Windows users: - Stop your torrent clients that use Speed from running - Check and stop uTorrent/BitTorrent processes from Task Manager - Open File Explored and type in %AppData% - You may need to go one level up until you get to AppData > Local - Find BitTorrent Helper folder and delete it - Launch your torrent client - Get to Speed and walk through welcome screens again - Get to the point where you are offered to Import your wallet - Click on Import - Use previously stored Recovery Phrase or the Private Key to import your wallet - In a few seconds your balances should be restored - Mac users: - Stop your torrent clients that use Speed from running - Launch Finder - Push combination: CMD + Shift + “.” - You should start seeing hidden files - Navigate to Users > “your user name” > Library > Application Support > BitTorrent OR BitTorrent Web - Find BitTorrent Helper folder and delete it - Launch your torrent client - Get to Speed and walk through welcome screens again - Get to the point where you are offered to Import your wallet - Click on Import - Use previously stored Recovery Phrase or the Private Key to import your wallet - In a few seconds your balances should be restored Please, let us know if anything wasn’t fixed. I have the same problem, I've found a post on reddit reporting the same more detailed: https://www.reddit.com/r/BittorrentToken/comments/mm2ofa/btt_wallet_is_absolute_garbage_be_careful_because/ They really need to fix these problems asap or BTT will lose its legitimacy/worth quickly.

Side note -- anyone else having issues with BTT forums / support -- they are 100% unresponsive over there and my support posts not getting approved.

Hi, I'm not qualified nor a developer, I can only write my thoughts. I think that in-app balance and total earnings are different, because in-app counts only the BTT that are correctly assigned to your ID, while total earnings counts all the BTT that your ID has "booked". I understood that BTT speed works like a auction and there is a third actor which assure that payment occurs only if the upload was done. I think some "bookings" fail for whatever reason. For example, once I saw in earnings-graphic three bars around 80 BTT each, but actually I got only 80 and not 240. But yes, I agree with you that earnings count should be consistent with in-app balance, spendings and withdraws, because current number is meaningless and irrelevant.
