I am trying to access uTorrent WebUI using my external ip obtained from http://www.whatismyip.com/ which is: 71.23.2.137. When I enter in http://[external ip]:[port]/gui it get an error can't connect to sever. Plz Help?

Can anyone plz help? I'm having issues reaching uTorrent externally. So far I have enabled webui and I am able to reach uTorrent using http://localhost:[port]/gui. however, when trying to reach it using my ip over the internet, I have been unsuccessful. I have also forwarded the port 8080 inside my router. I am running vista 32bit behind a netgear WGR614 v7 router. My computer connection is wireless. Can some please help me get up and running.
