Hi there
Just wondering if anyone here is in Australia and uses Tangerine Telecom for their broadband? I am only getting download speeds of a few kbs with any torrents I try.
I have set up all the port forwarding in my router and am not seeing any changes to speeds.
Normal web downloads and speed tests show good speeds for my connection.
On a side note, my torrents downloaded at high speeds with a previous provider.
Try this - https://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ubuntu-20.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent

Hi Everyone,
I am running 3.5.5 Beta Build 46346 on Windows 11.I am trying to automatically download all new torrents in an RSS feed. When right click on my RSS feed, and edit feed - I click the radio button to select "Automatically download all items published in feed" and click OK, when I go back in the radio button is on "Do not automatically download all items". I can see the items in the RSS feed and can right-click download, all works fine but I can't find a way for the automatically download button to 'stick' and subsequently can't automatically download torrents
It's a bug...
When you "Add" a new favorite, it will populated first with the text of any previous (older) item you are selecting. You can change the text after,

bt.read_only_on_complete => false.

I'm curious since I run into this problem every couple of months or so since I think the beginning of time, does anyone else have uTorrent's UI just die? I can remote UI in fine, and the torrents seem to be functioning fine too.
Using enough Windows 10 memory ? I 've seen insufficient RAM issue , which was caused by this Win10 BUG(!) :

Maybe it's related? I've turned off "News and interests" which resolved the RAM problem...

Just do not use the same path for both. Or leave the downloads alone, and do NOT move them at all...

1.898 = 57/30 ...

Show a speed test with a good public torrent - ubuntu

It's a bad idea to have the same path for default and completed. It can try to move something to itself in some occasions (when there is no sub-folder). Make them different paths.

This is for every torrent you select/focus. No idea how to reproduce. Can anyone seen this and can share the steps to reproduce?
-
I've arrived this rare case where *all* the toolbar controls (run/stop etc) are disabled no matter which torrent you are selecting:

Feels like this happened after changing DL location... Can anyone reproduce and share the steps?

I am confused by your "best settings dat" file. I've used it in the past with great success.
I just tried downloading it, and it looks like a corrupted file called settings_355_1M+.dat.[6106264C].w3qupe What is that?
It was indeed corrupted... Just fixed it. RE-download it.
BTW, I don't see any significant memory usage here (~600 torrents in the list):

To be clear, if you do actually run 46304 it will create it's own backup-exe and ditectory under updates (with *ie web helper file). IF you see a newer version replacing yours when uodates are disabled - onklly then it's a bug...
-
304 is older than 346... Open a bug report...

-
Can you give an example? What is your build number and what build number you see under "updates" ? As far as I know - it should be the same exe.

Is there a setting that controls how fast torrents become active after a restart? 3.5.5 build 46248 does this at about half the speed of 2.2.1. Its very frustrating and I'd like this to go at a faster speed.
I might have noticed this too... What exactly is your use-case? Restart of what exactly - a torrent? uTorrent?
Anyways’ the stable LAA - was uploaded to: - >uTorrent EXE with LAA Flag<

Which version & build # are you trying to install?

46346 is beta version - updates are enabled by default and not designed to be disabled.
But
You can manage update settings in the stable version.
Any changelog?

but that doesn't work anymore,
It does work, if you make sure to replace with a 0 size file and mark it as read-only.
