That's crap HOL RULES =D I DL 150KB stable on tested line 1.38MB and my UL speed 25KB on line 222KB. You don't doing something correct or your settigs are wrong or your choice of torrents are wrong. I'm sorry for you. Didn't you see AgentWolf 's post? :/
