Ah - I got the totally wrong end of the stick of what it does. Um - Is there a HTTP torrent downloader that I could use to bypass the throttling?

Heya I was just woundering if this will stop my ISP (British Telecom) from limiting my torrent downloads as they throttle any non http traffic. Thanks
