Hi I Am New To This I Think My Isp Has Put A Throttle On I Can Download But Not Very Fast And Alot Of The Time My Upload Stops When Download Finishes I Have Tried Alot Of Stuff From This Forum And What Do I Do With The Tcpip Patch Any Help Very Grateful
