Rogers has started throttling secureix connections too; not just BT but even browsing speeds drop. I suspect they are throttling PPTP connections that secureix uses. Dont believe me? people using secureix: Test your speeds at www.speakeasy.net/speedtest with and without secureix connection. You'll see the difference (Use the same server location in the test for reliable results). Anyone know of services like secureix that use IPSec VPN instead of PPTP? I dont think Rogers would throttle IPSec.
