What is this Lower net.max_halfopen to 4 , The admin last night was telling me to make sure it was set at 8 but now I see it maybe needs to be set at 4, I am at work now so I cant test it yet but seems it worked for googee, But what will this do anyways?

Yes I did restart my utorrent and there is no security feature stoping it, It does start to download but just really slow and then my web pages start to time out. The 1.6 worked fine and this other torrent downloader works great, so it must be in the new 1.6.1

Yea I do have other comps on this network but they work fine. What is this DHT globally, I dont want to start messing up other things just for this.

Just tried another torrent downloader and it works perfectly

I use mcafee, And that net.max is set at 8

My firewall is disabled, It was not an issue with the 1.6 version, And where is the Advanced located?

Ok I have no problem with the 1.6 version, now since this 1.6.1 has come out I cant run my firefox or window explorer while utorrent is running, All the pages just time out. I also noticed my dowload speeds went from close to 100ks to less than 1ks. Anyone have any ideas for me, I have tried reinstalling it many times too.
