    Too many new features is not a good thing. I personally go for fast and efficient, that is why I choose uTorrent. I would suggest that make those extra features as an addon or extension whatever you call, and allow users easily customize with those features. Webstreaming & Torrent rating, I don't even use it at all, so why not allow users remove those features to make it more memory efficient.
