  1. Ryan - t's a Buffalo Airstation, a clone the WRT54g (and not stripped down like the v5/v6 revs). Under DD-WRT/Tomato, it should be identical. I agree it's not the router. 1.7 beta 1355 does map uPnP on XP. Where is the uPnP log you want to see? All I get is "Unable to map UPnP port" in the logging tab. Nothing in the router logs. Aaargh! I just rolled back to 1.6.1 and uPnP works. It was NOT working before...
  2. I don't get it. uPnp still doesn't work for me, and my network is pretty simple (1 NIC, WRT54G running Tomato) I understand utorrent tries to control uPnP directly. Maybe utorrent should use the API for uPnP (if the OS supports it). Bitcomet & Azureus use it and they just work.
  3. bedrock - if you change your port or hit "random port" it will try and fail to uPnP map the port. This is very different from 1092. You'd get the "mapped/unable to map" message as soon as uT was started.
  4. utcomment - ditto. Worked perfectly in 1092, hasn't worked since. My router is Tomato 1.06 and passes the ICET with flying colors. uPnP from the windows dialog always works.
