  1. Yeah I am using TEKSAVVY. They do not throttle. I pay $65 a month ($55 before taxes) in Canada (southern Ontario near Toronto) and I basically use my internet for everything so it works out great. Never had a problem. I get 3MBPS download and 125KBPS upload consistently and those are the minimums. Funny thing is, TEKSAVVY is a 3rd party internet company, and they use Rogers Cable lines and Bell Telephone lines for their service, so even though I'm connected through rogers lines, because of some new laws the Canadian govt. passed, I can be routed directly to TEKSAVVY servers. Anyone in Canada who wants great internet with no plans just month to month. Go TEKSAVVY.
  2. Unfortunately ISPs are catching on to this. It's only a matter of time before they start throttling that address you are using... But as long as it works, keep using it I guess. Just, I wouldn't reccommend signing up for the 5 year plan...:/
  3. Go TekSavvy. If you are in Canada that is. I have them. Get 3mbps download at any given time of the day on a cable line and 120KBPS upload (90kbps to avoid choking). I'm on private torrent sites and can maintain a good ratio with those speeds.
