Please add ACI (Aurora Cable Internet), Ontario Canada to the list. Last month they started throttling bittorents. Azureus and BitTornado do not work even with the encryption. utorrent seems to be doing better though, I am getting higher speeds than I did on both of the other ones. I'm assuming the encryption used is different from the one the other 2 apps are using.
