OK! I've found problem... Actually it's uploading but not displaying it =( cFosSpeed says that speed ~ 100Kb/s but µTorrent thinks that it's about 2Kb/s =(

Yeah, it worked for 2228 build but after update to 2248 upload broken again, I've tried to del settings.dat and settings.dat.old again but it didn't worked out this time =( Downloading is OK, but upload speed is "0". I think this might have something with local peers discovery... Any suggestions what can I do to use 1.7 normally? For time being rolled back to stable 1.6.1....
