Hi, I haven't been this glued to my monitor since ... i can't remember. Yesterday I was uploading ~25kB/s and downloading ~3kB/s with BitTorrent. After port forwarding and yada yada yada, i still had poor download speeds. As far as i could tell, I followed all the instructions at portforward.com correctly to no avail. In the search to figure out what was going on, I learned about uTorrent and decided to try it out. I've now been cruising at ~153kB/s upload and ~275kB/s download for hours and love it. It's going to sound silly but using uTorrent as compared to BitTorrent is like a breath of fresh air or a sigh of relief. No installation to speak of. Everything just worked. I'm tempted to not even uninstall BitTorrent because if it ain't broke, don't fix it. My internet connection is not strained anymore - despite the amount of data being moved and the number of connections. It almost makes me wonder why the heck other applications can't work this well. Most of what i read made the two apps sound very similar but my experience hasn't shown that.
