uTorrent 2.0.16222 still have upload limit bug... please fix this... I set limit for 15KB/s, and uT didnt respect this and upload 2x faster (30KB/s)... this slowing my browsing speed in Firefox, because of eating all upload speed... bandwidth management set to off/on didnt make any difference... I use Switeck settings for my 3Mb/256kb (in night I have 12Mb/512kb)

thx for info but you know it will be shame to use other traffic limiter to limit uT limiter (this sentence even make sense ?! lulz) ;D IMO ppl will use this or stay with uT 1.8 when limiter didnt work like it should, like it's now or limit upload to 1KB/s to get theirs 15KB/s e.g... it didnt make sense and make this worse for ppl who downloading for me

@ Switeck - thx, I will try this options later but changes to this upload limit "bug" is caused by new features in uT like UDP, because of more bandwidth usage ? I remember that limiting works perfect with my options in uT1.8 for ages, and with 1.9 & 2 didnt ;p

Well... e.g. I can set to 1KB/s upload limit to get mine real upload near 15KB/s, but IMO that's not the point here ;D

@ rati - true... I'm the case "b", and my net speed is 12:1 (3Mb/s down & 256Kb/s up)... and web surfing with uT 1.9 & 2.0 is very annoying, because it take all upload speed and upload limit to 15KB/s didnt work properly, to give 50% speed to other programs like Mozilla Firefox etc...

It's just me or upload bug still exist in this build like in uT1.9 ? Because I have limit on 15KB/s and I upload over 30KB/s... bandwidth management set to off/on in options make no difference... and this inactive icons looks terrible... and should be fixed IMO ;p

It's bug or I'm doing something wrong (settings are default...) ? And if this isn't a bug, how can I restore upload limit like it was in 1.8.2... ? real upload is 2x higher than upload limit, in version 1.8.2, I remember that this worked properly...

Yep, seems like µTorrent 1.9 alpha 14981 have broken global upload limit...
