  1. No problems with Metadata here - usually around 8 or 9 seconds for it to download/show. (using 3.3.0.28918; Windows XP SP3).
  2. Icon is back in notification area with 28854. But why has the default installation directory moved to Application Data??? The mind boggles, it really does - especially as the previous version is not uninstalled. What a bizarre move.
  3. @rafi Your AzureusWiki links are dead. http://www.netcheif.com/Articles/uTorrent/html/ExternalLinks.html#AzureusWiki The result of clicking any of the 3 links show this: Sorry, the website www.azureuswiki.com cannot be found.
  4. At least you've got an icon in notification area. I'm using Windows XP SP3 and no icon is showing - it's just a blank space. I hover mouse cursor over blank space and the uTorrent details show. (I exited Explorer then cleared/refreshed icon cache and that didn't help). I went back to 3.2.3.28705 and there it is.
  5. As it reappeared. it didn't stay off for me. But it is off again now though
  6. I see the sponsored torrent came back on the interface... but then it would when you changed/removed the wording from sponsored_torrent_offer_ to offers.sponsored_torrent_offer_ Another delve into the advanced options to turn something else off.
  7. The bug mentioned in post #58 is still present.
  8. In the Add New Torrent dialog box of the current beta, 28326, why is the is the date/time incorrect? It's 40+ years out. (This may have been happening previously but I've only just noticed today).
  9. Read his post again - I think you'll find the majority of it relates to µTorrent. He only mentioned it to ask...
  10. Yes the one in the first post. (http://ll.download3.utorrent.com/latest/uTorrent-3.2.1.exe) It waits for a long time then the browser says "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ll.download3.utorrent.com". Works in Google Chrome here (using version 22.0.1229.79).
  11. No crashing problems here (Using Windows XP SP3).
  12. NOOOO... create an new empty text file there' date=' and rename it!!![/quote'] Oh. Well, it worked for me
  13. Close uTorrent. Delete the file from the Application Data>uTorrent folder (back it up to somewhere safe if you want first). It will be recreated when you restart uTorrent.
  14. I ran it 3 times in a row on XP. What was supposed to happen?
  15. Or so I thought. It's reappeared again
  16. Gotcha. Now sorted (Note to self: I must turn the light on when using the keyboard to avoid pressing wrong button)
  17. I looked and it is not listed. Under s are these: silent_* store_* streaming.failover_rate_* streaming.failover_set_* streaming.min_* streaming.saftety_* sys.enable_*
  18. Is there a permanent way to get rid of this? (as it keeps reappearing).
  19. Agreed. Are those 2 sites sponsoring uTorrent now?
  20. Do you find it irritating that they haven't updated the thread title to 27825? Good luck sleeping tonight
  21. Then why not use backslashes exclusively? As you were able to put a backslash after Jazz, use a backslash before Jazz?
  22. According to a video on YouTube, if you use the Opera browser with their "Turbo On" feature enabled, that works without using proxies - whoever your ISP is.
