Icon is back in notification area with 28854. But why has the default installation directory moved to Application Data??? The mind boggles, it really does - especially as the previous version is not uninstalled. What a bizarre move.
@rafi Your AzureusWiki links are dead. http://www.netcheif.com/Articles/uTorrent/html/ExternalLinks.html#AzureusWiki The result of clicking any of the 3 links show this: Sorry, the website www.azureuswiki.com cannot be found.
At least you've got an icon in notification area. I'm using Windows XP SP3 and no icon is showing - it's just a blank space. I hover mouse cursor over blank space and the uTorrent details show. (I exited Explorer then cleared/refreshed icon cache and that didn't help). I went back to 3.2.3.28705 and there it is.

In the Add New Torrent dialog box of the current beta, 28326, why is the is the date/time incorrect? It's 40+ years out. (This may have been happening previously but I've only just noticed today).
Yes the one in the first post. (http://ll.download3.utorrent.com/latest/uTorrent-3.2.1.exe) It waits for a long time then the browser says "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ll.download3.utorrent.com". Works in Google Chrome here (using version 22.0.1229.79).
Close uTorrent. Delete the file from the Application Data>uTorrent folder (back it up to somewhere safe if you want first). It will be recreated when you restart uTorrent.
I looked and it is not listed. Under s are these: silent_* store_* streaming.failover_rate_* streaming.failover_set_* streaming.min_* streaming.saftety_* sys.enable_*
According to a video on YouTube, if you use the Opera browser with their "Turbo On" feature enabled, that works without using proxies - whoever your ISP is.
