no matter what I try nothing alters the speed I'm getting. 4mb broadband connection. download speed 27kps no upload speed?? can they do this, is there a law as to how much they can throttle you by:mad::mad::mad: cunts

:mad::mad: I used to use Utorrent a lot and was very happy with it. but for the last 4 months my speed never exceeds 50kb/s. is this some sort of petty thing because I don't seed enough or is it the ISP. the ISP name is SKYTEL broadband. at moment I have 35/16099 seeds and speed is 27kb/s also there is the green tick saying everything is working as it should. why is this? because I'll have to sue someone!
