damn it, mine is on the list I Knew it i knew it i knew it this compagnie called Ono in Spain has run an experiment in an entire province of Spain (Zaragoza) to limit all p2p connections (average speeds did not pass 15kbps). Is this even legal? This is completely outrageous knowing they charge over 40€/month for a lousy 6mbps (that they just increased recently, before that 3mbps). They say they have the fastest connection available in Spain, say that the people of the province of Zaragoza.
