Another bug - dramatically low upload. Torrents may downloaded at 3.5MB/s and uploaded at the same time at 20KB/s

After some random period of time utorrent stops to normally wright out files to disk. Most of the data goes to the cache and ram. http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/4052/83567719.png
