I have just rolled back to 1.7.5, 1.7.7 was working great for me, thanks all the same. I rolled back because 1.8 refused to run after a reboot.....! When I find 1.7.7 again I will reload it and say no to 1.8. Sorry but for me 1.8 Sucks the big one

You can add "Maxnet - Thailand" to the list, they are using a very crude system to restrict P2P traffic, seems that most ports above 1000 are blocked.
