i have vista home premium on my new comp hp 3.2duel core 3 ggis of ram etc...its starting to piss me off i love utorrent it worked fine befor but now the newest version 1.7.6 isnt allowing me to connect to anysite

i resently dl the new utorrent 1.7.6 cause the site i use banned the older version as most other sites, but now it wont let me connect to dl any files ive gone threw the port issues ive allowed on my firewall everything is the same as before except the version of coure but i cant dl anything . i have windows vista home premium 32bit can someone help me wit h this issue please?
