probably a new 3.1 so called "RC"-version w/o any changelog.... same thing here!!!

i have same problem only with utorrent running nothing else

im runnig windows 7 64 bit wen i close utorrent and try to reopen nothing happends, i have to *rebout *restart my computer in order to get it running again
