I'm unable to download using utorrent 3.2 beta. I tried to download several torrents with seeds over 4000, but utorrent shows 0 dl speed. Ironically over a thousand seeds and peers are detected, and none connected. This problem eliminated on changing to 3.1.3. I use proxy(I live in a hostel where one has to use authenticated proxy)
