umm, i see i'm fine with 3.1.2 then! I didn't have any problems yet I don't use it much, max 4-5 torrents at atime, under vista x32. Where I live, dsl isp's are throttling and deals suck (prices are high too), limiting my d/l potential. I agree: help file needs update, big time!
