Thanks rafi and mike20021969. Problem is still there,only seeding to one peer (out of 100) on torrent I hope that some of the devs will fix this big problem.

I tried that,but that does not solve the problem. It would be nice that devs solve this problem quick. Because it is a very big problem.

I still can't seed normally in uTorrent 3.3 Build 29342. I only seed to one peer.

Same results. Set it to 90% of max up speed,and I have same speed like on unlimited 0. P.S. I tried 20,30,40,50... Thanks any way

OK I had set up speed on 0, now i set to 26,which is 6% of max down speed (3.40Mbps) and I get the same results:(

Sorry my bad in typing 3.5 DOWN, and 0.5 UP. Speedtest.net shows 3.47 DOWN.

Rafi please help me... I have 3.5Mbps up speed, and 0.5 down speed. 3.5Mbps = 430KB/sec but i cant get more than 330KB/sec.
