Hello  .The  last  months  when start  μtoorent  appears  a  window  at  startup  for  agree  or  disagree  about  some  rules  ,advertising,partners  e.t.c .i clik  agree  to  all  but  the  some  window  apperas  again  and  again  at  every  startup

Hello.I  notice  that  when  delete  a  torrent  via  utorrent  send  the  files  to  recycle  bin.Can  i  delte  permantly  a  torrent  dierctly  via u  torrent?
