Any suggestions to stop this? There are no hidden files as I can see. Using windows 10. Thanks

All my new torrents always start downloading then stop and are 'Queued' even though they are number 1 in list.

Hi guys, whenever I add a new torrent, it automatically loads as a Queued torrent and I have to Force start it to get it going.
