Me the same Tray icon issue with the latest build v3.3.1.29812. Tray icon doesn't appear with Win XP SP3. Tried to make upgrade over v3.2 and even clean install, but results are absolutely the same. One can see blank space only where µTorrent icon usually appears. Pls fix this strange issue. Appreciate your time and efforts!
