    My uTorrent won't open so I am trying to uninstall it to reinstall it. The uninstall gets about half way but says it is "Stopping uTorrent Web Application". I went to task manager to stop any uTorrent process that might be running but the only task listed was the uTorrent Web Uninstall. Pressing End Task stops the uninstall which is on extended (several hours) pause anyway.
