Even here in Lithuania we have dirt cheap connections with 500+ megabits/s About the issue - I did manage to fix it by installing an old 64bit version of utorrent ( 64 bits are critical ). I can't seem to find a new 64bit version though, and it always autofucking updates to the new fugly cluttered interface. I wish I could hexedit the autoupdate by brute force...
