FrancescoF, i get the same thing, its been happening most of the last 3 or 4 months or whenever it installed 3.6v i found it continued to download even when the interface locked up frozen at x~% downloaded i find that minutes later it had finished the download but was still locked up! and probably was still downloading, my clues were in the task manager by how much the ethernet was downloading something? and the folders where the torrents are downloaded. but i could not tell and often it would do it when i was adding some new torrents and that would just hang there as if it run out of memory and could not display the details or the ok tab, it'd be a blank box with lines where the details ought to go. the few places in forum that had the same problem did not seem to get dealt with not much responses, logic and one other guy told me to get the previous version and uninstall 3.6v & so i installed version 3.5, & i have had he pro version since 2015, & never had issues like these. the new install of the old version went fine but there was a mismatch with my key & whilst i got everything up and running it failed to install the antivirus due to a mismatch of something; the build, or the key, the version i paid for, or the version i was using. etc who knows....... but it worked i just got no protection other than my own, & i am not really getting what i paid for. I thought you'd have found a solution [3rd May] by now but i see no responders so i guess not? or its all sorted out for you? thing is no one seems to take responsibility from what i have seen, and as i made my own choices after over two months of thinking about this issue & [btw, this issue did not happen every day & then it did & then it did'not etc] so i only got round to reinstalling the 3.5 version yesterday And sent off requests for help on a ticket, its been about 24 hours and my utorrent still works fine on 3.5v today if you're still getting issues maybe just drop back a version to 3.5v for a while.
