No. It's a tiny little mini computer with a small system drive at 32GB. Like a NUC but smaller, the size of a cigarette box
The way to expand storage is with the microsd slot. I have a 128GB card in it but you can put larger.
The reason I'm using it is because it's low power, passive cooling etc. It's kind of a machine you can offload some tasks onto.
I suppose attaching an nvme drive in a usb enclosure would provide all the write endurance you could ever need, but it also feels like overkill.
Instead of doing that I'm simply using a memory card that's like "high endurance". You know the kind that's for dashcams etc. They can take a fair amount of writes. Unfortunately they don't have an even distribution of wear like the ssd drives do, so I'm just wondering if there's any setting that could be beneficial to extending the life of this flash storage.
