  1. It connects to 2.0 peers fine for me. Also, it respects upload limits. for some people complaining (like kameraider) I suspect the new default setting of net.calc_overhead interferes with arbitrarily low upload limits (like his). You still have the overhead, remember. I don't know how it affect speed limiters but I suspect uTorrent lets overhead pass regardless of limiter settings, so it doesn't choke the download speed.
  2. Having read a bit about how uTP works, i would assume that's expected behaviour, the algorithm throttling transfer speeds according to network delay, but don't take my word on that I don't know what's the real problem here though, do you want a nice graph?
  3. Why don't you (uTorrent) obey OS-wide file associations when opening streamed files? Generally, most advanced users use different applications for opening audio and video files. Having a player "softcoded" by the user in the preferences is unintuitive. You have to assume that the application supports http streaming (most do, even WMP). But that's irrelevant in my case, since I get a "server full" responce in Winamp, WMP and MPC (I won't install the DivX binary)
  4. Up until the point in time marked by the yellow line, I had Outgoing Encryption enabled, and allowed for incoming legacy connections. Speed was into the single digit KB range (both UL/DL), fluctuating momentarily to 100KB or so and dropping again. This happened for almost a whole day, and I had restarted the client many times. After that point, I disabled encryption and restarted the torrents, and everything seems to be doing OK.
