What's your wallet's public address?
-
Thank you for the report. We know about the issue and are working on the resolution.
-
I am seeing at least one successful in-app to on-chain transaction in your history: https://tronscan.org/#/address/TWeJ1QLjZdyXt3q5zhFUS23uUdyW9TmGF6/transactions I am not seeing the 1000 BTT transaction you were referring to. Also, please attach your Speed dashboard and transaction history screenshots. Thanks

We patched the problem a week ago. If you download a new version of the client from the official website the problem should be gone. -
Unfortunately I can't do the recommendations on what settings you choose. I hope I gave you an understanding of how the demand-supply model works in Speed.

BTT tokens problem, not receiving anything (5TB seeded)
techster replied to banplastic's topic in Troubleshooting
There is a common misconception that users are being “rewarded” for the amount of data they seed. In reality, Speed is a free market based on fair auction where users pay other users for the content they want to download faster. If the seeded content is not on demand or the number of available slots is higher than the number of leechers there will be no reason to spend any BTT on getting access to the file. More about how Speed works here: https://www.bittorrent.com/token/bittorrent-speed/faq/ -
Yes. It's in the number of connections. Pretty much the more open slots you get the less contention your files receive.

Please DM me your wallet's public address and screenshots from your Dashboard and Transaction History screens. Thank you.

Hi there. It's a common misconception that users are being "rewarded" by some centralized application for the amount they seed. In the reality, Speed only establishes a free market where users pay other users for the content they want faster. If seeded content is not on demand or the number of open slots higher than the number of leechers there would be no reason to pay for the download. All these pay-receive relationships involve only users. BitTorrent doesn't play a middleman.
