  2. The Exchange service has been down for several days for maintenance and updates. We are still testing the upgraded version of the Exchange to help our users solve existing transfer issues. Thank you for your patience! When the Exchange is down, a submitted transaction may stick for a couple of days and then return to the Speed's balance.
  3. Dear user! There is no "disappeared" tokens in the network. We caught incorrect representation of earnings/spendings in Speed. When the wallet reconciles the balances it may look like disappearance of BTT. We are working on delivering the fixes and improving the UX.

  6. Dear users! There is no technical limitation to the number of wallets running on one computer. Though having multiple Speed/Wallet instances working at the same time may cause some confusion. Imagine having a few people trying to drive one car. It's technically possible but any mistake in coordination may be fatal. We do not limit your choices but we do not guarantee flawless work. Thank you for understanding.

  8. We are working on restoring normal work of the Exchange service and making it fully compatible with all BTT-based features. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  9. The Exchange hasn't been fully enabled yet. Sorry for that. We ran it shortly over the weekend and now analyze the data before re-launching and re-filling it.

  11. This is clearly a balance appearance bug in Speed. The wallet you provided was activated less than 10 days ago. The screenshot you send is from May 15. There is just a few payment channels in the records for this wallet. There is no earnings/spendings in the Dashboard. The only explanation are incorrect reports you were seeing. We will double check if there is a reconciliation problem.
  12. Please check pinned posts on this forum before submitting a ticket. We would appreciate that.
  13. Please, check the pinned topic on this forum and provide all the necessary information so we might validate your claim. In most of the cases, two issues impact the state of your wallet's balance and the data. Due to technical imperfections in the protocol extension too many payment channels have been resolved as successful and thus reported fictitious earnings that created the inconsistency between earnings, spendings, and the balance in Speed. Also, it turned out that the Speed toggle "off" state works for the current session only. If the app is relaunched or there is another app with Speed launched the status of the Speed toggle might be reset. The interface doesn’t reflect the actual state. The fixes to the problems are on the way.
  14. Please read the forum. The exchange service has been on maintenance since yesterday. We are working on restoring it.
  15. The Exchange has been on maintenance since yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is no other way of delivering security and functional updates. It takes some time to complete and test everything. We are going to announce the relaunch on the forum later on. Thank you for your patience.
  16. The protocol and its extensions are open source. Googling may help.
  17. The same thing. The tokens will get back in some time if are not spent on downloads.
  18. Speed is based on a free-market model meaning that all BTT exchange happens between users only. There is no "system" that can be down.
  19. Thank you for the report. The channel connection refusal has nothing to do with earnings. It's an expected behavior. Most likely there are more users in the system due to BTT price raising, and that decreased the demand. We are still monitoring the situation.
  20. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Two issues impact the state of your wallet's balance and the data on your Speed's Dashboard. Due to technical imperfections in the protocol extension too many payment channels have been resolved as successful and thus reported fictitious earnings that created the inconsistency between earnings, spendings, and the balance in Speed. 21. It will be fixed. We feel the same frustration after finding out that protocol extension "limitation". The remedy is coming.
  22. In general the errors mean that there is lack of BTT. We need more information to tell exactly what the problem is related too. And this is not a bug. It's an expected error when a payment channel tries to get more BTT than the wallet has.
  23. The problem described above has existed since the launch of the Speed and is not build-specific. So your earning rate drop has nothing to do with the Speed toggle.
  24. Hello, everyone! We are very sorry for the inconvenience with Speed and want to confirm that BTT were not lost but most likely spent on torrenting. It turned out that the Speed off toggle state works for the current session only. If the app is relaunched or there is another app with Speed launched the status of Speed toggle might be reset. The interface doesn’t reflect the actual state. Also, we didn’t find any actual cases of BTT “lost” or “stuck” during transactions. Due to many reasons, a transaction request may be declined. In this case, an open request channel would still exist for up to 24 hours and then gets closed and BTT are returned back to the account. Many users who have been monitoring their balances confirmed the returns. In case when the return overlaps with the spendings not technically turned off the returned amount may be almost immediately spent on torrenting. All of the issues mentioned above are fixed and either released or pending release, so we expect that the majority of Speed users would receive the remedy very soon.
  25. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we just found out that the Speed off toggle state works for the current session only. If the app is relaunched or there is another app with Speed launched, the status of Speed toggle might be reset. The interface doesn’t reflect the actual state. The patch is on the way to the users.
