Hi @techster !
I sent my BTT from "in-app" to "on-chain" but nothing happened. Transactions are completed, bun "on-chain' is empty.

The Exchange service has been down for several days for maintenance and updates. We are still testing the upgraded version of the Exchange to help our users solve existing transfer issues. Thank you for your patience!
When the Exchange is down, a submitted transaction may stick for a couple of days and then return to the Speed's balance.

We are working on restoring normal work of the Exchange service and making it fully compatible with all BTT-based features. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Exchange hasn't been fully enabled yet. Sorry for that.
We ran it shortly over the weekend and now analyze the data before re-launching and re-filling it.

3 days ago I found out about BTT. I am a very active torrent user, so since the beginning of the year I was lucky enough to farm a lot of BTT(about 34k coin at 0.03 BTT/GB). 2 days ago(05-11) I tried to withdraw 10800 coins from in-app to on-chain. The transaction didn't go through for about 12 hours, and then the app just broke.
"Oops. Please make sure your torrent client is running and relaunch BitTorrent Speed."-error. Then it seemed to work(05-12), but stopped accepting my password to go to the wallet and check the status of the transaction. I've been trying to get in all day. The password was definitely correct, but I did not get access to the wallet, although the dashboard (from time to time Oops-error) showed the correct statistics and continued to farm BTT.
Without thinking, I decided to reinstall uTorrent. BUT I did not delete the folders that are saved in %AppData% uTorrent and BitTorrentHelper, but made backups of them. After reinstalling, I imported the wallet, but the balance jumped from the balance of about 200 to 400, all statistics were reset to zero, and the transaction for 10800 coins disappeared altogether.
I made a mistake and the data on the coins can not be restored in any way? Are there any clues, for example, in the wallet.log files, or others in the old BitTorrentHelper or uTorrent folder?

Sorry for GoogleTranslatePlease, check the pinned topic on this forum and provide all the necessary information so we might validate your claim.
In most of the cases, two issues impact the state of your wallet's balance and the data.
Due to technical imperfections in the protocol extension too many payment channels have been resolved as successful and thus reported fictitious earnings that created the inconsistency between earnings, spendings, and the balance in Speed.
Also, it turned out that the Speed toggle "off" state works for the current session only. If the app is relaunched or there is another app with Speed launched the status of the Speed toggle might be reset. The interface doesn’t reflect the actual state.
The fixes to the problems are on the way.

Hello @techster, im trying to transfer my BTT from In app wallet to on-chain wallet since 3 days and nothing happens. Its pending then the balance is back to my app wallet which is very risky to be overtaken.
Why is taking so long now, before it was for 5-10 mins max. Is there any problem or fix i can do?

Hello, everyone!
We are very sorry for the inconvenience with Speed and want to confirm that BTT were not lost but most likely spent on torrenting.
It turned out that the Speed off toggle state works for the current session only. If the app is relaunched or there is another app with Speed launched the status of Speed toggle might be reset. The interface doesn’t reflect the actual state.
Also, we didn’t find any actual cases of BTT “lost” or “stuck” during transactions. Due to many reasons, a transaction request may be declined. In this case, an open request channel would still exist for up to 24 hours and then gets closed and BTT are returned back to the account. Many users who have been monitoring their balances confirmed the returns.
In case when the return overlaps with the spendings not technically turned off the returned amount may be almost immediately spent on torrenting.
All of the issues mentioned above are fixed and either released or pending release, so we expect that the majority of Speed users would receive the remedy very soon.

Hello!
I don't receive any btt for uploading. For last 10tb(and early) i don't receive any coins and my earning ratio is changed from 0.05 to 0.04. Is that correct?
Wallet : TBrXQFJrE1v2T8Mwn1bK7eZWFZBdUJyF6s
Please note, earnings depend on a variety of factors such as the demand for the file and network connection. BitTorrent Speed operates as an open auction where earnings and spending depend on supply/demand balance. In simple words, if seeded content is in high demand and other users are ready to pay for it the earning would be significant. The amount of seeded content itself doesn't define the amount of BTT earned. The same logic is applicable to spendings.
If you want to avoid spending your BTT, you can set up where you can earn BTT but not spend. To do that, simply turn the "Speed Increase" toggle into the "Off" state. Your ability to download won't be impacted, but there will be no increase in speed.
You might see the balance changing within 24 hours after switching the Speed Increase toggle off. This happens because, when you bid on a piece of data, your BTT go to escrow first and stay there until you complete downloading the piece or until 24 hours passed - whichever comes first. If the piece was successfully downloaded, your bid goes to the seeder. If the download was not complete, BTT from escrow will be transferred back to your balance.
For any other question or doubt please do not hesitate to contact us, you can also visit BitTorrent Speed's FAQs for more useful information about BitTorrent Speed.

Hi there Techster,
First I would like to thank you about all the support and hard work you do for all of us.Going to quickly explain my issue.
My public address is: TMuDx1DBqmBkXSz5W4b6MkcVG3sCqoN7C4
https://tronscan.org/#/address/TMuDx1DBqmBkXSz5W4b6MkcVG3sCqoN7C4/transactions
Since 25.04. 02:00 local time I made three tries for about 5K in total of BTT to transfer from in-app to on-chain.
Sadly those BTTS never got to the on-chain.
Could you please take a look at this issue?
Kind regards,
smnelseYou should be able to do it now. We restored the Exchange service.

Once in a while wallet balances reconcile and that may lead to earnings looking like some BTT "disappeared" or BTT balance increased. Of course, users do not complain about the latter
We are working on making the interfaces reflect the actual earnings instead of projections. The patch should be delivered this quarter.

@boboev it would be great if you keep the whole screen including the calendar/clocks kept on the screenshots so we could check the database records.
In general, we know where the problem is. We are working on the improvement for the issue. Thank you for the patience.

I am seeing at least one successful in-app to on-chain transaction in your history: https://tronscan.org/#/address/TWeJ1QLjZdyXt3q5zhFUS23uUdyW9TmGF6/transactions
I am not seeing the 1000 BTT transaction you were referring to.
Also, please attach your Speed dashboard and transaction history screenshots. Thanks
-
@SongJinsoo what is the wallet address shown in transactions when you send or receive BTT to of from your in-app balance in Speed?
-
Please DM me your wallet's public address and screenshots from your Dashboard and Transaction History screens.
Thank you.
