I have a Kindle Fire HD 8 and I’m using UTorrent and Express VPN to download torrents. I’m getting 100kbps for about 10 seconds and then it gradually drops down to like 800bps. It says it’s going to take 3 weeks to download 1GB. what settings do I have to change? Everything works fine on my Mac.
