internet/wifi gets killed when using utorrent.

Hi everyone, I have experiencing this for awhile after we upgrade to fiber from dsl connection. Everyone connected to the internet/WIFI gets affected when I'm using utorrent. Is there a way to configure it? I have already searched a solution but it seems the fix and problems don't fall on my conditions and it doesn't work even lowering the global connection in preferences>bandwidth. Hope someone could help. Thanks
