Fixed for now by deleting the file "updates.dat" in the folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

A couple of days ago I started getting a popup dialog box when I try to open utorrnet that says "utorrent Setup" in the upper left corner and in middle "utorrent requires Windows 7 or above.". I am running windows 10 and have been running utorrent on this computer for several years with no issues. I restart the computer about once a month, and I had just restarted before this.
