I recognized the same. The original new "installer" version is that: http://www.should.keepfree.de/utorrent-3.5_setup.exe After installing you get the real and smaller http://www.should.keepfree.de/utorrent-3.5.exe Also the installer version doesn't use any translations anymore.

There is a problem while translating this new text, as well as in the last beta build 44266 as in the stable one 44294: "Your license key file has been saved as %s in your Documents directory. Keep track of this — you may need it to reactivate." Problem makes the "—" sign --> this should be replaced with the standard "-" sign to work.
