As 3.2 is RC1 already it should get stable in next time. When this is done normally the alpha version of 3.3 will be at beta stage, not earlier. To have some alphas or betas at the same time (has happened already) should be avoided

What files do you find in that %appdata%/utorrent - folder? Is, in advanced settings, the value "peer.resolve_country" set to "false" (= default)? Did you restart your utorrent after copying the files there?

@Jeroenz0r: only .com and .net domains are handled with flags. No .org, .biz, .info and so on.

Has anybody tested already or has some suggestions?

For the file flags.bmp according to specification the size for one flag has to be 16x12 pixel. famfamfam's flags are 16x11, so they would need to be rescaled/stretched which causes an ugly view on some of them. Also some flags are missing at famfamfam (f.e. ac, aq, ...) But at least after some hours of work: http://www.should.keepfree.de/flags.test.famfamfam.bmp

@Domokun: there is no change in text, so build 26591 is still valid there (same txt for 26591, 26595, 26616).
