oviously either you have made an error in your portforwarding or it is the firewall and therefor it must be uninstalled. Because the red dot means that the port IS NOT forwardet correctly. So u can choose; Review your portforwarding efforts or uninstall the firewall. (the windows firewall you can keep. coz telling it to let µtorretn thru is easy and painfree.

I do'nt know if AOL in D is limiting BT traffic. check it by DLing this legaltorrents.com torrent. http://www.legaltorrents.com/bit/route-66-de.torrent (German spoken documentarylike film bout Route66) legaltorrents.com have a high speed peer in .NL If your µtorrent setup is okay, your network equipment is not crappy to handle BT traffic you will get full speed on these legaltorrents if your ISP is not throtteling them.

Who can give me some advice? Follow the settings that the speed guide CTRL+G are saying is good for your UPloadspeed. If everything with your networksettings is okay (e.g. Green ball at the bottom) than u can do nothing bout the speed. your Dl speed depends tehn on the swarm. When u have a swarm where no fast seeder is in it nothing you can do bout that. For speed testing purposes try a DL from legaltorrents.com. They have a high speed peer conected to internet backbone in de nederlands. If everthing is okay with your settings this peer will max out your DL capabilities for shure!
