uTorrent 2.1 doesn't seem to work with secure RSS feeds. On a private forum I'm on I have to use https://(url) for the feed and this hasn't worked in any version of 2.1 I've ever tried. Trying to "update feed" changes the feed icon to red (for "not working" I'm guessing) If I change the URL to http://(url) I can get a listing of torrents, but downloading (automatic or manual) doesn't work (probably because the forum demands a secure connection). If I roll back to 2.0 it works fine with https://(url)
