    i agree with the bad ISP part. but before a month ago I'm having 50+ download speed but it came down to 0-5 so suddenly. then I heard from some friends that TM Net is Traffic Shapping, and after I went to Azureus's wiki site I completely believe it. anyway, which guide are you mentioning? and can someone help me in using SecureIX? cause i can't connect to the VPN server. getting Error 800

    then that's quite funny. cause I have only 0-5 download speed but a 40+ upload speed with both Utorrent and Bitcomet and it's listed in Azureus's bad ISP list

    [TM NET] | [ DSL] | [Malaysia] | [shape/throttle BitTorrent traffic] the upload speed is normal with a 40kb/s, however suffer from low download speed 0-5kb/s. and the connection speed is 1MB/512kb Gamesky, how did you get 50-70kb/s download speed? even with the PE on(Force), I only manage 0-5 averagely. I can't connect to SecureIX. get error800 everytime, but my account there keep say that it's Granted and Manage.
