    In preferences under UI settings is where the option will be if available. "Show Confirmation dialog on Exit" "Confirm exit if critical seeder"

    Then add the torrents to uTorrent.

    You can use EITHER program to resume. Because of the re-check procedure, file segments that don't match the torrent definition get discarded, ones that do match get kept.

    And is pretty much always limited by the speed of the storage device, so even if multiple files were attempted at the same time, they would slow each other down

    It depends on the actual speeds of your downloading torrents. If some of them are effectively not downloading, they are not counting towards the queue numbers.

    Your vpn would need to be configured (either by you or by the vpn provider) to allow uTorrent to operate.

    This being abandoned or not, with IE being what changed and broke, it's actually IE's fault.

    So getting your connection's rated speed is something you feel is "a bit too slow"? I guess you need to pay for a better internet connection then, as 4mbyte/sec is all you're going to get on your current one.

    You keep blocking or cutting off parts of the main uTorrent window that have information relevant to your issue. Plus you end up on the wrong tabs.

    I don't accept friend requests on these forums from ANYONE. I consider them to be spam. You still haven't given the info I asked for from the main window, in spite of me specifically asking for it.
