[DON'T USE] Mini-guide to help all of you with your speed problems...

Just wanted to say many, many thanks for this guide. I just started using utorrent after having it recommended to me by a freind, and wasn't very impressed as I could onlky get max speeds of about 4kb/s however many seeds & peers there were! Followed the guide step-by-step and I'm now downloading at 50kb/s!!! Thanks again for this excellent guide!!!
