It seems that since "Show a window that displays the files inside the torrent" doesn't have an effect unless "Always show dialog on manual add", the Preferences should say something about it, or it should be fixed so that it does something without the other option being toggled.

As an addendum, I also have the same issue where the overhead pushes my upload speed 2-3x above my set upload limit. Note this is with an upload cap ~10 kBps. Basically I can't get the upload below 25 kBps, at any cap (which cripples the internet at my current location). Previous versions (1.8.5 and below) did not cripple my internet, regardless of whether they displayed the true upload rate.

Like others, I'm having a core maxed out by utorrent 2.0 RC. At this point the program locks up and is unresponsive and I have to kill it manually.
