  1. My problem finally went away when I upgraded to Win 7 from XP. Have no idea what made the difference but I no longer get the error and my torrents seem to upload fine now.
  2. Molad Tried all locations in the drop down list at 128 kbit/s (well below actual) and still no joy. Still trying...
  3. I have since tried to change the half open connection limit on my PC as described in other threads and that did not work, either. See the website below or google "change the half open connection limit" if you want to see if that may help you. http://www.megaleecher.net/Tcpip.sys_Patch_To_Increase_Windows_XP_Connection_Limit Steve
  4. I am having the same problem now. I am using Windows XP. I figured out that the equivalent steps in XP for alanbooe's instructions are: Control Panel==>Security==> Internet Options==> Security Tab==> Custom Levels==> Under Miscellaneous, Access data sources across domains, check enable. However, I still have the problem. I tried it with utorrent DHT enabled and disabled. Anymore ideas? Thanks.
