Vic Deadly
I've been using 1.4 for a while now and once I got everything right it went great. Uploads, downloads...everything. Some places stopped allowing 1.4, (what the hell is that about), so I made the switch to 1.5. Now when I open Utorrent, Nortons internet worm protection pops up at every new ip address that is trying to connect to my computer and asks me to permit or deny. This isn't just Utorrent either, the latest Bitcomet does the same thing. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they fixed it. Saying things like "Norton sucks" or "Get rid of Norton" doesn't really answer my question, so let's try to avoid that. Thank you.

I people really want to use Norton, than that is their free choice, but they should know they're also choosing to have problems.
Firon
The reason we tell people to switch is because Norton IS pure garbage, and you should never, EVER use it. Ever.
6frcsa
You don't need to turn off Worms Protection, simply delete µTorrent entry in "options/worm protection/programs control" and then restart µTorrent. When Norton will popup about µTorrent, click "authorize" and it should be done (no more pop-ups). Do it everytime you update µTorrent.
