uploading & Downloading problems

Hi new here

My torrent was downloading fine with great speeds but as soon as it hit 96% it died to around 0.01% but the upload is going like a champ still?....Done the speed test and configured that.

any replys would be appreciated

Are there a ton of seeders, but none of them seem to connect? And avail is less than 1? If so, fake torrent.
